We are looking for GA Specialist.

RESPONSIBILITY:

- Support all SDSV general task
- Control office equipment and payment for general expenses (security fee, taxi, stationery, shuttle bus, rental car,...)
- Draft the review, advisement/ compilation of current procedure/regulation or new ones to ensure effective administration operations
- Purchasing items when have requirement
- Book flights, hotels, car arrangement as request and schedule
- Follow security regulation and employee card
- Other requests from Management.
