Mô tả công việc:

- Hỗ trợ công ty chuyên về Digital Marketing, chiến lược SEO, Influencer Marketing, thành lập chi nhánh ở Hà Nội, Việt Nam.
- Dẫn dắt đội nhóm để mở rộng hoạt động kinh doanh (bao gồm cả Offshore) tại Việt Nam
- Đào tạo, hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các thành viên đội nhóm về mảng Kỹ thuật
- Quản lý doanh số, đạt được thành quả nhiều hơn member trong nhóm
- Quản lý chất lượng sản phẩm của cả đội nhóm
- Lựa chọn kiến trúc phù hợp với việc phát triển phầm mềm, hệ thống
- Quản lý đội Kỹ sư ở Việt Nam. Hiểu rõ mục tiêu, ý định của trụ sở chính ở Nhật và truyền đạt lại cho các Kỹ sư Việt Nam.

Yêu cầu:

- Độ tuổi 30 - 45 tuổi, Tốt nghiệp ĐH, tiếng Nhật N2 hoặc tiếng Anh tốt
- Có 5-10 năm kinh nghiệm kỹ thuật IT:
Front end：Vue.js, React, SCSS

Persistence：MySQL, DynamoDB, Memcached, Redis, Elasticsearch

Configuration management：Docker, Kubernetes, AWS SAM, AWS CloudFormation

AWS : EC2, S3, API Gateway

Azure : MachineLearning, Logic Apps

Monitoring：Mackerel, Kibana, Metabase, re;dash, Site24x7

Log collection：Fluentd, Embulk

Repository：GitHub, GitLab
- Đã từng làm việc tại công ty Nhật Bản (ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm ở các công ty vừa và nhỏ)
- Từng đảm nhiệm vị trí cấp Manager hoặc tương đương
- Có kinh nghiệm quản lý dự án (từ triển khai đến hoàn thành)
- Hiểu biết về quy trình Start Up (không phân biệt công ty Nhật hay Việt)
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm cao
- Sẵn sàng với những thách thức mới, có thể dẫn dắt đội nhóm cùng phát triển
- Có hứng thú với lĩnh vực phát triển kinh tế, Digital Marketing tại Việt Nam
- Có kinh nghiệm dùng tiếng Anh thương mại là điểm cộng

Chế độ:

- Lương : ~ 70 triệu gross
- Thử việc 2 tháng (85% lương)
- Được hưởng lương ngày nghỉ phép, lương làm thêm giờ, trợ cấp làm việc cuối tuần, thưởng Tết, bảo hiểm xã hội, bảo hiểm y tế, bảo hiểm thất nghiệp.
- Tăng lương 2 lần/năm (Dự kiến)
- Khám sức khỏe định kỳ mỗi năm một lần
- Có đào tạo nội bộ

Loại hình công việc: Toàn thời gian

Lương: Lên đến 70.000.000₫ một tháng
