**1. Nhận đề bài và tư vấn**:
Tham gia thẩm định và nghiên cứu brief
Nghiên cứu, phân tích và đánh giá nhu cầu khách hàng tiềm năng, tiếp cận và đề xuất những kế hoạch truyền thông phù hợp nhu cầu khách hàng.
Đóng vai trò chính trong các buổi pitching thuyết phục khách hàng.

2. Lập kế hoạch truyền thông

Khảo sát thông tin về nhu cầu và ngân sách truyền thông, quảng cáo của khách hàng (nắm rõ brief từ khách hàng)
Kết nối các bộ phận sản phẩm liên quan, dẫn dắt làm rõ đề bài, ghi nhận đề xuất và chốt các công việc phải thực hiện
Kết hợp cùng team Creative để xây dựng proposal.
Đánh giá ngân sách của khách hàng, phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan để lên Báo giá.
Quản lý chiến dịch truyền thông, quảng cáo
Cùng Account vận hành tham gia điều phối, giám sát chiến dịch truyền thông theo kế hoạch và hợp đồng đã thống nhất
Thực hiện những công việc khác từ yêu cầu của người quản lý trực tiếp

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Middle (1 - 3 năm), Senior (trên 3 năm) kinh nghiệm trong ngành marketing, truyền thông, quảng cáo
Ưu tiên từng làm tại Agency, từng lên plan và triển khai Campaign cho các nhãn hàng
Tư duy sáng tạo, kết hợp nhạy bén ý tưởng với các sản phẩm của công ty trong từng chiến dịch quảng cáo.
Có khả năng tổng hợp và phân tích vấn đề, teamworks, giao tiếp và trình bày tốt.
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng và các phần mềm liên quan đến công việc.
Có tinh thần trách nhiệm và khả năng làm việc ngoài giờ khi có yêu cầu.
