A.
- Support the Mechanical Team Leader to set up documents for each design stage, from concept design, technical design, tender, and construction documentation.
- Support the Mechanical Team Leader to check and verify the quality of the design document (drawings, design report, and technical specification).
- Check the details of the design drawing and suggest ideas to discuss with the M&E manager and team leader.
- Lead the design, documentation, and presentation of the following material to achieve the critical dates required.
- Take the lead from the team leader to oversee that all team members in the group are working efficiently and effectively to achieve the projects and deadlines.
- Coordinate with the head of department to monitor staff's compliance with company regulations and policies.
- To carry out the mechanical system design of multi-story structures such as high-rise buildings, office buildings, apartments, hotels, and factories.
- Other tasks are as instructed by the direct supervisor.

B. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Education:

- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineer
- Professional Practicing Certification (Compulsory).
- Those with CDCE (Certified Data Center Expert) accreditation or its equivalent are preferred.

2. Experience: at least 10 years of experience.
- Deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical design and construction standards (TCVN and international standards).
- Have a thorough grasp of building design steps.
- Knowledge in other technical fields such as architectural, structural, etc.
- Good technical knowledge of the Vietnamese construction industry, local and international standards and codes

3. Computer Skills:

- Revit, AutoCAD, Ms. Office, Ms. Project...
- Fluent in all design software in mechanical and electrical systems

4. Other skills
- Good communication in English
- Be able to read and comprehend specifications or technical documents.
- Be able to work independently.
- Have time management skills and be able to arrange work in priority order.
- Have communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Make decisions and find solutions for problems during the design and construction processes.
- Application in ENGLISH is COMPULSORY.
