**Job Description**:
1. Present online and offline training sessions to train teachers to use LittleSEED and GrapeSEED.

2. Provide follow-up support for teachers and schools assigned, including class visits, watching class videos, and meeting online with teachers.

3. Coach teachers to improve their teaching skills.

4. Occasionally travel to other cities, such as Danang, Hai Phong, Nam Dinh, Thai Nguyen, etc., to support teachers through class visits and feedback sessions.

5. Listen to interview recordings of potential teachers to make sure their English pronunciation, grammar, and communication skills are high enough to teach GrapeSEED.

6. Organize professional development events for teachers.

**Required Skills**:

- English - Fluent
- A relevant university degree is required.
- At least 2 years of EFL teaching experience required.
- Experience teaching GrapeSEED is preferred.
- Taking initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Good presenting skills
- Must be competent with MS Office, PC, and projectors
- Team-Player: Eager and able to collaborate well with others

About Our Company

GrapeSEED is an English program for children ages 3-12 being used by more than 70,000 students in 17 countries. Our program focuses on learning English naturally using the same approach as learning a first language. We partner with Kindergartens and language centers who want to see their students develop a high level of English language communication skills.
