The QA Engineer works in a dedicated team to improve a global-scale product, employing the latest technologies and frameworks. The role collaborates directly with tech experts and like-minded colleagues who are passionate about making impact on digital transformation.

**What you will do**:

- Create and execute manual test cases/ test plans for minor and major releases
- Effectively document and communicate any bugs found including steps to reproduce
- Assist with specification, reviews and estimating test effort
- Review functional specifications (user stories)
- Analysis of test results, including troubleshooting and problem determination
- Some level of involvement with support to help recreate client reported bugs and issues
- Setup, design and implementation of automation tests where appropriate
- Provide continuous support and guidance to less senior colleagues through regular coaching activities and support them in fulfilling their personal development plans

**What you should have**:

- Experience with** **Web/Mobile/ API testing (Jira, Postman). Experience with RestAssured is plus
- Experience with a browser testing automation (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is a plus
- Experience building testing plans from the ground up and managing expectations with test plans in accordance to timelines and release schedules is a plus
- Experience in developing, documenting, and implementing quality assurance standards
- Experience in developing end-to-end tests for complex solutions for large-scale enterprise systems
- Good attitude and mindset: organized, detail-oriented, quality-oriented
- Working experience in an Agile - Scrum environment
- Experience working in Product company is plus
- Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues
- Strong English communication skills (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
