**Job description**:

- As a Senior QA Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing detailed test plans, test suites, and test cases to increase test coverage across each feature.
- Leading and facilitating effective collaboration with user testing panels and customer teams, with clear communication and a mutual understanding of testing needs.
- Utilising your experience to bridge the gap between end-users and the technical team, ensuring on time delivery.
- Collaborating closely with product, engineering and data science teams to grasp business requirements, and stress quality into every aspect of the product.
- Prioritising the customer by adopting their perspective with empathy, ensuring that user needs are always at the forefront of testing efforts.
- Possessing strong communication skills to effectively convey testing requirements and strategies, choosing the most appropriate methods based on specific use cases.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in testing B2B SaaS products or a similar role.
- Experience with AI product testing will be considered an advantage.
- Deep knowledge of software testing methodologies, techniques, and standards.
- Ability to analyse requirements, design test scenarios, and develop innovative test cases.
- Skilled in the use of manual testing tools, e.g. TestRail and Katalon.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing comprehensive regression testing strategies to ensure the continuous reliability of software.
- Practical experience with both manual and automated testing processes.
- Demonstrated ability to delve into technical details and work closely with engineering teams.
- Solid understanding of SQL, databases, and various data management tools.
- Experience with development tools and practices, such as GitHub, and deployment strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing software technologies and their testing requirements.
