**Responsibilities**:
1. Preparation / review of:
- Management accounts, consolidated accounts and statutory financial statements
- Monthly payrolls, annual Forms IR8A / IR8E and ad-hoc Forms IR21
- Quarterly GST returns and MAS Forms
2. Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff
3. Ensure timely submission of deliverables to clients
4. Responsible for accounts receivables, working closely with Finance on outstanding payments
5. Work with Director in expanding client portfolio, including meeting potential clients, drafting proposals and following up on engagement letters
6. Organise and provide formal / sufficient training for staff to ensure they are kept abreast of developments in accounting standards and regulations
7. Proactive in staff evaluation, motivation, development and career path planning
8. Other ad-hoc assignments
**Requirements**:
a. ACCA / Degree / Diploma holders in Accountancy or Business Studies
b. Chartered Accountant (ISCA) and / or SiATP (Income Tax and GST) is a plus
c. Possesses at least 5 years' work experience, preferably in an outsourced environment
e. Strong working knowledge of:
- Accounting systems such as Microsoft Great Plains Dynamics, Business Central, Oracle NetSuite and / or SAP;
- Payroll systems; and
- Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
f. Good command of English (both written and oral)
g. Analytical, savvy with numbers and has an eye for details
h. Organized, process-driven, able to multi-task and deadline oriented
i. Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
