**1. Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, decompose, and estimate assigned tasks.
- Report progress to Project Managers (PMs) or other managers.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, apply, and evaluate new technologies and trends. Share these learnings with project teams and/or the wider company.
- Troubleshoot and solve complex, time-sensitive problems regardless of specific technologies or project domains.
- Mentor and train interns/junior developers.

**2. Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (preferred)
- **Programming**: Strong understanding and proficiency in C# and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts (3+ years)
- **Databases**: Understanding and hands-on experience with relational databases like MS SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL (1+ year)
- **Frontend**: Experience with popular frameworks like Angular, ReactJS, or VueJS (1+ year)
- **Backend**: Strong understanding and experience with.NET,.NET Core,.NET 5+, ASP.NET MVC,.NET Core MVC, and Entity Framework (3+ years) with knowledge in designing RESTful, gRPC, or GraphQL APIs
- **Web Technologies**: Familiarity with core web technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for responsive design
- **DevOps**: Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines (bonus)
- **Soft Skills**: Eager to learn, ability to solve problems under pressure.
- **Fluent in English (both oral & written).**

**Optional Skills**:

- Caching (Redis, MemCache, Couchbase)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- .NET mobile development (Xamarin/MAUI)
- SQL optimization
- Build tools (Webpack, BabelJS)
- Containerization (Docker, K8s)
