Provide accurate and friendly booking services to create customer satisfaction
Coordinate tasks and manage relevant data accurately for efficient scheduling service operations
Enter and modify the data related to the reservation, and create VIP and other booking documents
Build daily morning and afternoon reports, cumulatively calculate and confirm monthly commission date

- Understanding of hotels and hotel products(Room, F&B, etc.) industry: Learning Level
- Knowledge of hotel rooms and meeting related services: Learning Level
- Knowledge and ability to use computers to analyze and manage budgets: Learning Level
- Understanding the operating skill and booking sales process of hotel reservation management system: Learning Level
- Business Administration (especially Marketing) knowledge, Contract and Legal Knowledge: Learning Level

- Qualifications
