**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)

Quản lý và điều phối vận hành các chương trình đào tạo mảng Non Coding, bao gồm: UIUX Designer, Product Manager, Data Analyst và IT BA;
Hỗ trợ Project Manager nghiên cứu và triển khai các khóa học - dự án mới;
Phối hợp liên phòng ban (Marketing, Sales, Customer Experience, R&D, Teaching) để liên tục cải tiến trải nghiệm của người học, từ nội dung chương trình, phương pháp dạy đến quy trình chăm sóc, phát triển kỹ năng và định hướng nghề nghiệp cho học viên;
Nghiên cứu, tham gia xây dựng các phương án nhằm tối ưu quy trình quản lý dự án, vận hành, phát triển sản phẩm;
Tổng hợp, báo cáo định kỳ tiến độ, hiệu quả các dự án và đề xuất các ý tưởng để cải thiện;
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Project Manager.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

**Quyền lợi được hưởng**:
Lương cứng: 10 - 13 triệu (tùy năng lực và kinh nghiệm) + thưởng hiệu suất công việc theo tháng và Quý;

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Đại Học

**Yêu cầu công việc**:
Có 6 tháng đến 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực điều phối, quản trị, quản lý dự án hoặc các công việc có tính chất tương đương;
Có khả năng đọc hiểu tài liệu tiếng Anh tốt;
Năng động, giao tiếp tự tin, có khả năng tư duy phản biện, giải quyết vấn đề;
Sáng tạo, dám nghĩ dám làm, dám nhận thử thách, sẵn sàng học và làm đến cùng;
Ưu tiên các ứng viên đã từng làm việc trong các công ty về công nghệ hoặc liên quan đến lĩnh vực công nghệ. Hiểu về các vị trí công việc ngành công nghệ là một điểm cộng.
