DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Team Lead)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. - Manage and lead Corp IT teams to deliver stable and robust IT solutions, ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day IT operations for all offices and warehouses and provide excellent support for employees
- Develop guidelines, processes, and procedures to enhance office IT Infrastructure resiliency and service availability
- Design, develop and implement Business Continuity Plan and Disaster Recovery strategy
- Proactively manage and report on project status, deliverables, risks and issues, while working closely with multiple stakeholders
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners and act as a liaison between IT and business teams
- Manage IT assets & inventories, IT procurement, budgeting and cost control
- Drive a continuous improvement mind-set across the team through providing continuous support, training, coaching and mentorship to the team

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Engineering or Information Technology related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience operating in a similar role
- Extensive experience developing and enforcing standards and procedures for project deliverables quality assurance, walk-throughs, issues reporting and change management
- Experience in establishing, implementing and running the day-to-day operations. Able to lead and manage remote teams in a team-oriented and collaborative environment. Passion for the development of clearly-defined and optimized operational environments
- Strong network knowledge and hands-on experience in Palo Alto, Cisco, and other network appliances. Rich experience in providing and operating enterprise services such as Active Directory, VPN, Wireless network, NAS, etc.
- Familiar with setup and configuration of Cisco devices such as firewall, switch, IP phones, wireless controller and access points
- Hands-on experience in Windows server administration and basic knowledge in Linux server administration. Experience with ITSM tools, frameworks
