**Mô tả công việc Trách nhiệm chính**:
Kiểm tra, giám sát, đảm bảo việc tuân thủ quy định, quy trình của công ty và tổng hợp các báo cáo kiểm soát định kỳ;
Tham gia cải tiến các quy trình, quy định kiểm soát rủi ro của các đơn bị phòng ban.

**Vai trò & Trách nhiệm**:
1.Kiểm soát các hoạt động và đảm bảo tính tuân thủ

**Khối vận hành**:
Tham gia xây dựng, triển khai kế hoạch kiểm soát tuân thủ của chuỗi cửa hàng trong hệ thống hàng tháng, hàng năm;
Trực tiếp tham gia kiểm soát, điều tra, xử lý các vi phạm của đội ngũ kinh doanh liên quan đến công tác bán hàng, khách hàng và nhân viên khi có phát sinh;
Lập báo cáo tuân thủ, báo cáo kiểm soát, phân tích số liệu doanh thu theo định kỳ hàng tháng, hàng quý, hoặc khi có yêu cầu phát sinh;
**Các đơn vị phòng ban khác**:
Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan rà soát, đánh giá, phân tích rủi ro và lên kế hoạch kiểm toán các đơn vị phòng ban trong công ty;
2.Kiểm soát rủi ro thông qua việc cải tiến quy trình, quy định
Hợp tác, hỗ trợ các bộ phận phòng ban xây dựng, cải tiến quy trình, quy định để khắc phục rủi ro, hạn chế sai phạm;
Định kỳ rà soát, đánh giá tính đầy đủ, hợp lệ, tuân thủ của các quy trình, chính sách, quy định của các đơn vị phòng ban cũng như toàn Công ty;
Đề xuất những giải pháp phù hợp đảm bảo tính hiệu quả khi áp dụng;
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng/phó phòng; Quyền lợi được hưởng Thử việc: 60 ngày

**Thời gian làm việc**: Từ thứ 2 - thứ 6 ; Nghỉ thứ 7 & CN

Có kinh nghiệm từ 2-3 năm trong lĩnh vực kiểm toán, kiểm soát nội bộ;
Ưu tiên các ứng viên có kinh nghiệm kiểm soát tài chính, kiểm soát tuân thủ tại các doanh nghiệp trong lĩnh vực F&B, FMCG, các doanh nghiệp hoạt động theo mô hình chuỗi;
Có khả năng phân tích số liệu, đọc hiểu các chỉ số tài chính;
Khả năng sử dụng tin học văn phòng cho mục đích xây dựng bảng biểu và hoàn thiện hệ thống báo cáo;
Nhanh nhẹn, linh hoạt trong xử lý vấn đề và kỹ năng ra quyết định;
Chủ động trong công việc, khả năng làm việc độc lập;
Trung thực, giữ bí mật các số liệu liên quan;
Sẵn sàng đi công tác Tỉnh;
