**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced ASC Auditor to join our team in Vietnam. The ASC Auditor will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients in the aquaculture industry meet the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) standards, thus contributing to the responsible and sustainable management of aquaculture practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Auditing and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments of aquaculture facilities, operations, and supply chains to evaluate compliance with ASC standards.
- Documentation: Review and analyze relevant documentation, records, and procedures to ensure they align with ASC requirements.
- Client Engagement: Foster positive client relationships by providing guidance, support, and clear communication regarding ASC standards and audit findings.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports, highlighting compliance or non-compliance with ASC standards, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Stay updated on relevant regulations and industry best practices related to aquaculture and ASC standards.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in internal and external training programs to enhance auditing skills and stay current with ASC guidelines.
- Travel: Willingness to travel to different aquaculture sites within Vietnam and occasionally internationally.

**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in aquaculture, fisheries, biology, environmental science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in aquaculture auditing or related fields.
- Certification: ASC Auditor certification is highly preferred.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of ASC standards and principles of responsible aquaculture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards.
- Travel: Flexibility and willingness to travel as required.
