**The Role Responsibilities**

**Strategy**
- Incumbent will be responsible for Capital Market Products & Solutions (CMPS) to Retail & Business Banking clients in consultation with Relationship Managers and Dealers; will be responsible for generation of business leads from existing and new clients; will be responsible for enhancing client relationship through value added product offerings. Incumbent will be expected to work closely with Relationship Managers and other members of Retail & Business Banking team to drive CMPS revenues of the country.

**Business**
- To interact and offer Retail & BB clients Foreign Exchange & other products
- To be the first point of contact for all FX sales to Retail & Business Banking clients
- To deliver the profitability numbers & drive FX & WL targets
- To identify and generate prospective opportunities in the existing portfolio
- To help Relationship Managers in limit set up, FX & WL documentation and other related activities
- To provide product ideation, market and product information related to clients
- To provide Relationship Managers on house views, pricing and product solution
- To make frequent customer calls with RMs
- To activate NTB relationships at the earliest
- To gain market share by increasing Bank's share of wallet
- To manage client expectations, ensure client satisfaction and minimise client attrition
- To be aware of all policies and procedures issued from time to time
- To ensure compliance with policies and procedures on a continuous basis
- To keep Sales MIS of the region

**Regulatory & Business Conduct**
- Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
- Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. - Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
- Graduate or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant working experience with strong communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of CMPS products
- Informed knowledge in market competition, industry practices and regulations for CMPS products management
- Strong analytical, problem solving, networking and financial management skills
