1. Phát triển tổ chức:

- Hoạch định nguồn nhân lực nhằm phục vụ tốt cho chiến lư
- c phát triển của công ty.
- Xây dựng chương trình phát triển nghề nghiệp, tăng tiến cho nhân viên công ty
- Lập kế hoạch, tổ chức các phong trào, hoạt động văn hóa, thể thao cho nhân viên nhằm tạo môi trường làm việc năng động, tăng cường tinh thần đoàn kết.

2. Công tác tuyển dụng:

- Lập kế hoạch tuyển dụng định kỳ hàng năm, quý, tháng
- Xây dựng các quy trình, biểu mẫu liên quan đến công tác tuyển dụng của toàn bộ hệ thống
- Xây dựng thương hiệu tuyển dụng

- n lý, giám sát công tác tuyển dụng đ

- o đáp ứng đầy đủ nguồn nhân lực cho toàn hệ thống

3. Hoạt động đào tạo:

- Xây dựng và hoàn thiện các quy trình, quy định liên quan đến đào tạo.
- Lên kế hoạch đào tạo định kỳ hàng năm dựa vào nhu cầu thực tế (bao gồm đào tạo nội bộ & đào tạo bên ngoài).
- Đề xuất lựa chọn khóa học và nhà cung cấp phù h
- p với nhu cầu đào tạo của công ty.

4. Lương, HĐLĐ, BHXH & các chế độ chính sách
- Giám sát việc thực hiện các thủ tục tiếp nhận, ký kết, gia hạn hoặc chấm dứt h
- p đồng lao động với nhân viên.
- Giám sát công tác qu
- n lý và cập nhật hồ sơ, quá trình công tác của nhân viên toàn công ty (HĐLĐ, BHXH, lương, chức vụ, quá trình điều động, khen thưởng, kỷ luật,...)
- Điều động, bổ nhiệm/miễn nhiệm, sắp xếp, bố trí nhân sự, khen thưởng, kỷ luật, thôi việc, nâng lương, điều chỉnh lương và các chính sách khác liên quan đến nhân viên công ty.
- Phối h
- p với Ban giám đốc xây dựng và thực hiện lộ trình lương, thưởng, phúc l
- i xã hội cho nhân viên công ty.
- Giám sát việc thực hiện chế độ, chính sách liên quan đến quyền l
- i của nhân viên công ty.
- Xây dựng, đề xuất thay đổi các chính sách, chế độ, phúc l
- i cho nhân viên công ty theo quy định của pháp luật.

5. Đánh giá nhân viên: Phối h
- p với Ban giám đốc và trưởng các phòng ban xây dựng hệ thống đánh giá cho từng phòng ban, từng vị trí công việc.

6. Quan hệ lao động:

- Làm việc với các cơ quan chức năng liên quan đến lao động, b
- o hiểm, thuế, các thủ tục hành chính
- Gi
- i đáp các thắc mắc của nhân viên công ty liên quan đến các hoạt động của phòng nhân sự.

7. Tham mưu:

- Tham mưu xây dựng bộ máy tổ chức hoạt động của công ty
- Tham mưu công tác tuyển dụng, đào tạo trong công ty
- Tham mưu các phương án lương, thưởng, khen thưởng, các phúc l
- i cho nhân viên công ty.

**Yêu cầu ứng viên**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học, ưu tiên chuyên ngành Qu
- n trị nhân lực, hành chính, luật
**- Có ít nhất 1 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ứng viên có năm sinh từ 1985-1992.**
- Có kiến thức chuyên sâu về qu
- n lý nguồn nhân lực như tuyển dụng, đào tạo, huấn luyện, phúc l
- i cho nhân viên, hiểu biết về hệ thống thông tin nhân sự, quan hệ lao động.
- Có kiến thức về hoạch định chiến lư
- c, phân bổ nguồn lực, phối h
- p hoạt động với các bộ phận khác
- Kỹ năng tổ chức và giám sát công việc
- Kỹ năng phân tích, tổng h

- Kỹ năng lắng nghe, đặt câu hỏi và chia sẻ
