Job description
ABOUT THE JOB
Develop and manage embedded software to meet cost, timing, and performance targets
Deliver high-quality C/C++ code
Review, approve, and modify production software designs
Support product development plans to include schedules, product costs, and meeting design inputs
Validate software in simulation and with real hardware
Support and troubleshoot systems remotely
ABOUT YOU
Bachelor’s or Master’s Engineering degree or equivalent practical work experience
3+ years of experience in relevant industries
Solid understanding of communication protocols and strategies such as CAN bus and/or Modbus TCP
Ability to write high-quality software in C/C++
Experience in embedded development
Experience with Linux operating systems
Experience with control software and algorithm development
Experience with version control tools
Ability to be a team member and to communicate with peers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
