**Job description**:

- Khảo sát, thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu khách hàng, chuyển đổi dữ liệu, chuyển giao, hỗ trợ vận hành hệ thống chính thức
- Viết, cập nhật tài liệu hướng dẫn sử dụng phần mềm
- Triển khai đào tạo, chuyển giao phần mềm cho khách hàng
- Tổng hợp, chăm sóc, hỗ trợ giải đáp các vấn đề phát sinh trong quá trình sử dụng của khách hàng
- Thực hiện khai báo và chuyển đổi dữ liệu khách hàng vào hệ thống
- Hỗ trợ kiểm tra, đánh giá chất lượng phần mềm
- Mô tả UI, UX Figma, Zeplin, Jira Cho Dev thực hiện.

**Your skills and experience**:

- Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành CNTT, ngân hàng, tài chính, Thương mạihoặc chuyên ngành khác có liên quan vị trí ứng tuyển.
- Có thái độ làm việc nghiêm túc, có trách nhiệm, nhiệt tình trong công việc.
- Có phẩm chất đạo đức tốt và cầu tiến.
- Có kinh nghiệm trong các lĩnh vực liên quan đến Phần mềm quản trị doanh nghiệp, HR, CRM, MRP, ERP là một lợi thế.
- Bằng cấp: Cao đẳng trở lên.
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc: 2 năm trở lên
- Thời gian thử việc: Thử việc 02 tháng
