**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Trực tiếp triển khai kế hoạch truyền thông với khách hàng;
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, đối thủ, hành vi, nhu cầu Thấu hiểu hoạt động kinh doanh của khách hàng để tư vấn, định hướng, lên chiến lược truyền thông;
- Theo dõi, phân tích, đánh giá sát sao chiến dịch để có những điều chỉnh kịp thời;
- Nhìn được cả bức tranh toàn cảnh và chi tiết;
- Phối hợp cùng với bộ phận Quan hệ khách hàng và bộ phận Sáng tạo để triển khai tốt dự án;
- Cập nhật những xu hướng truyền thông mới nhất để liên tục phổ cập cho team và nâng cao chất lượng proposal;
- Làm việc với Account để có giải pháp báo giá phù hợp với khả năng hiệu quả của dự án.

**Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu)**: Trung cấp - Nghề

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Có ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí Strategic Planning hoặc các vị trí Account Manager/Senior Account Manager;
- Có kinh nghiệm thực tế trong mảng viết proposal/creative, tổ chức sự kiện/activation (làm tại Digital Marketing Agency là một lợi thế);
- Kiến thức tổng quan và vững chắc về marketing, ngành quảng cáo, quảng bá thương hiệu;
- Khả năng nghiên cứu, tổng hợp, phân tích số liệu để nắm rõ thị trường, tâm lý khách hàng và vấn đề của doanh nghiệp;
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp và thuyết trình tốt;
- Kỹ năng nói và viết tiếng Anh cơ bản;
- Tự tin, sáng tạo, cởi mở, thích ứng tốt với môi trường và nhịp độ làm việc của Agency;
- Giỏi trong việc sáng tạo và xuất sắc trong việc tạo cảm hứng;
- Sẵn sàng hỗ trợ đồng đội để đạt mục tiêu chung của công ty.

- Từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu:

- Buổi sáng: 8h30 - 12h00
