Invest Talent is supporting a company leading company in Vietnam in the field of flooring materials and home decoration to hiring Sales Director (Distributor) with the following information:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies**:

- Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales and profit targets.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to propose effective sales strategies.

**2. Manage Sales Team**:

- Recruit, train, and develop the sales team.
- Evaluate the performance of sales staff and propose improvement measures.

**3. Maintain Relationships with Partners and Customers**:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services.

**4. Oversee Daily Sales Operations**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

**5. Reporting and Analysis**:

- Report monthly, quarterly, and annual sales results to the Board of Directors.
- Analyze sales data to make strategic decisions.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in retail or distribution sales, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.

- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, CRM).
- Proficiency in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing) is an advantage.

**Benefits**:

- Health insurance, social insurance: based basic-salary, annual leave (12 annual leave days, and women are entitled to 1 leave day per month (non-cumulative))
- Salary during probation period: 85% Gross salary
- Probation period: 2 months
- 13th, 14th month salary: Depending on the result of sales performance

**Salary Package**:40,000,000 - 60,000,000 VND Gross + Commission
