We are currently offering the position of IT Assistant for Ho Chi Minh City office. The job descriptions and requirements are detailed below:
**Job description**

As an IT Assistant, you will be a part of Mazars Vietnam’s IT Team to manage all operations that involved the development and support of information system. This position works under supervision of the IT Manager in HCMC office.
- Monitor and respond to any requests related to IT issues from end-user;
- Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade Laptop/ PC software;
- Manage IT equipment, network system (LAN, WAN) and Responsible for Laptop, PC’s, Printers, Servers, related equipment (monitor, hard drive, keyboard, mouse, router, switch, Wi-Fi access point camera, magnetic access door, etc);
- Assist to prepare/ set up equipment/ device for the onboarding of new users;
- Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users;
- Other tasks as per business needs.

Job qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Helpdesk/ IT Support job;
- Vietnamese national;
- Graduated from major related to Information technology;
- High teamwork spirit, responsible and decisive;
- Good background in PC hardware and software;
- Good problem solving, analytical and evaluative skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to communicate in English.
