.The Learning & Development Executive actively executes and evaluates training and career development, including leadership developement programs to build skills and capabilities across all employee levels at VNGGames. This role is responsible for coordinating to embed the company’s core values into every initiative, also collaborates closely with other HRA functions and business leaders to create a growth mindset, values-driven organizational culture that supports continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring alignment with VNGGames' strategic goals.

**1. Training and Development**:

- Assist in designing and delivering engaging training initiatives for employees at all levels, based on thorough training needs analysis.
- . Manage and continuously update the Learning & Development scheme and processes to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- . Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.

**2. Career Development**:

- . Support the design and implementation of career roadmaps and a competency framework that aligns with organizational goals.
- . Monitor career progression, track development milestones, and report on key career advancement metrics.

**3. Leadership Development**:

- . Assit to develop and implement leadership development programs aimed at enhancing leadership competency at management and leaders levels.
- . Manage logistics and coordinate with other functions to organize training classes following to the pre-designed program.
- . Prepare detailed reports on training activities, outcomes, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

**4. Performance Management**:

- . Assist in designing and implementing performance management processes that integrate the company's core values.
- . Provide training and support to managers and employees on performance appraisal processes and tools, ensuring alignment with core values.

**5. Learning Culture and Core Values**:

- . Promote the company’s core values and culture by coordinating project teams for comprehensive integration.
- . Develop and lead activities and initiatives that connect operational processes with core values, fostering a positive organizational culture.
- . Build plan and organize activities for cultivating continuous learning culture.

**Yêu cầu**:

- .**1.** **Qualifications**
- . Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field.
- . 2+ years of experience in learning and development, organizational development, or a related role.
- . Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- . Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- . Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- . Experience with culture, performance management and leadership development programs are a plus.
