Quản lý chung hệ thống đảm bảo chất lượng, triển khai hoạt động của hệ thống chất lượng, đảm bảo quá trình sản xuất thuốc luôn cho ra sản phẩm đạt tiêu chuẩn chất lượng theo quy định của Bộ y tế.
- Xây dựng chính sách chất lượng và hệ thống quản lý chất lượng toàn diện của công ty.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch thẩm định hàng năm và tổ chức thẩm định quy trình khi có thay đổi.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch và tổ chức đào tạo nhân viên phòng QA và cán bộ công nhân nhà máy.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch và tổ chức hoạt động tự thanh tra, thẩm định nội bộ.
- Xây dựng đánh giá chất lượng sản phẩm hàng năm.
- Xây dựng kế hoạch đánh giá nhà cung cấp hàng năm.
- Theo dõi quá trình sản xuất thuốc từ lúc nhập nguyên liệu đầu vào cho đến khi ra thành phẩm xuất xưởng.
- Theo dõi tổ chức việc kiểm định, hiệu chỉnh thiết bị, dụng cụ đo lường, thử nghiệm của nhà máy đúng thời hạn và quy định.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật những thay đổi hồ sơ, bản vẽ kỹ thuật của nhà máy
- Tìm nguyên nhân xử lý sản phẩm bị thu hồi, trả về hoặc sản phẩm có khiếu nại trong quá trình lưu hành, lập báo cáo trình cấp trên.
