**JOB SUMMARY**

These position reports to the Art Directors/Managers and interfaces directly with project teams within the current organisational structure of OPAL studio.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**1. Account Management Intern**:

- Remain in close communication with clients to comprehend their needs and specifications
- Listen to suggestions and wishes of the clients and communicate them to the creative studio through a comprehensive brief
- Learn about the clients’ industry and business activities to suggest more personalized solutions
- Liaise with clients to organize promotional events or decide on advertising material that suit their profiles and goals.
- Undertake administrative work and keep records of clients

**2. Graphic Designer Intern**:
To produce designs that get our clients' messages across with high visual impact on a variety of products, including Print and digital advertising, brand identity, packaging, exhibitions and displays

Tasks are likely to include:

- Finding out about the project requirements (taking a 'brief') under supervision of Art director
- Design idea and execution (print, social media, motion graphic
- Creating final designs, proofs
- Good in Photoshop and Illustrator
- 3d and motion design knowledge will be an advantage

**3. VideoGrapher Intern**:

- Trainee to be involved in close teamwork in:

- Preproduction: Brainstorming, Scriptwriting,
- Production and fiming:

- Post-production: Video editing, online color grading and motion graphics work (will be a bonus)
- Creative with some experience in video filming
- Good in Premiere pro
- AE knowledge will be an advantage

**4. Photographer Intern**:

- Trainee to be involved in close teamwork in:

- Preproduction: Brainstorming, idea
- Photoshooking. Fashion, lifestyle, packshots
- Post-production.
- Creative with some basic experience in video studio photography
- Knowledge in photo editing skills (Photoshop and lightroom)

**Education**:
Studying or having major in Communications, Advertising, Designer

**Knowledge**:
Interest/ passionate in Communication/Graphic Designer

**Skills**:
Fluency in both verbal and written English is preferred (other language is additional)

Confident communication skills
