Hanoi, Vietnam Starlux Global Full time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually compelling graphics, illustrations, and icons to enhance digital and print content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and design visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Design and produce multimedia assets, including video graphics, animations, and interactive presentations.
- Edit and enhance images and videos for online and offline use.
- Stay up-to-date with multimedia design trends and incorporate innovative elements into projects.
- Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper color profiles, resolutions, and formats for high-quality printing.
- Collaborate with print vendors and oversee the production process to ensure the final product meets quality standards.
- Manage print inventory and maintain relationships with print suppliers.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and web developers, to deliver cohesive and visually appealing materials.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to marketing campaigns and projects.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on designs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Keep organized records of design assets and project files.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven two or more years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and multimedia projects.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma etc).
- Experience with multimedia software and video editing tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
- Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation for print.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take creative direction.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality designs.
- Knowledge of emerging design trends and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Proficient in English.
- Can work on-site in our office in Vinhomes Ocean Park.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: 12,000,000₫ - 16,000,000₫ per month
