**Mô Tả Công Việc**:

- Tư vấn, thiết kế, xây dựng các giải pháp mạng (Core Network, Firewall, Network Load Balance,) hoặc giải pháp hệ thống (giải pháp lưu trữ SAN/NAS, giải pháp ảo hóa, máy chủ, giải pháp AD, DNS, DHCP, Mail, FTP)
- Triển khai các giải pháp hệ thống máy chủ, lưu trữ, ảo hóa, sao lưu dữ liệu,cho khách hàng hoặc các giải pháp mạng Core Switch, Router, Firewall, Wifi
- Nghiên cứu, tìm hiểu công nghệ, sản phẩm, giải pháp CNTT
- Kết hợp với Kinh doanh để giới thiệu các giải pháp, công nghệ, sản phẩm cho khách hàng
- Thực hiện các công việc khác được giao

**Yêu Cầu Công Việc**:

- Tốt nghiệp Đại học, Cao đẳng chuyên ngành CNTT hoặc tương đương
- Nắm vững kiến thức: Hệ thống máy chủ, lưu trữ, sao lưu và các phần mềm quản trị hệ thống.
- Có kinh nghiệm xây dựng và triển khai các giải pháp sau là một lợi thế:

- Hệ thống Windows Server, Unix và lưu trữ.
- Các giải pháp ảo hóa và điện toán đám mây trên nền tảng Vmware, Microsoft
- Các giải pháp về hệ thống mail, hệ thống database
- Các giải pháp hệ thống mang tính sẵn sàng cao (HA, Clustering v.v ).
- Có kinh nghiệm về tinh chỉnh tối ưu hóa hệ thống, thực hiện theo các best practice
- Đã từng tham gia triển khai trong các dự án hạ tầng cho ERP, Banking, Cloud,
- Có kiến thức về các công nghệ mạng mới là một lợi thế (Cisco IWAN, ISE,)
- Có kinh nghiệm về triển khai các phần mềm ManageEngine
- Am hiểu sâu về các hệ điều hành Windows Server, Linux, AIX
- Hiểu biết tốt về TCP/IP, Internet, ISP và các dịch vụ trên nền Internet
- Am hiểu sâu về thiết kế hệ thống mạng, các giải pháp/sản phẩm về Switching, Routing, Firewall
- Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm, chịu được áp lực tốt và có thể đi công tác xa
- Khả năng tự nghiên cứu, đọc tài liệu bằng tiếng Anh tốt
- Có kỹ năng giao tiếp, thuyết trình và viết hồ sơ tốt.
- Có kỹ năng tổng hợp thông tin, phân tích và thiết kế hệ thống
- Có kỹ năng khái quát, logic vấn đề
- Có chứng chỉ CCNA/MCSE hoặc CCNP, VCP quốc tế hoặc tương đương
- Có các chứng chỉ của các hãng: HP, IBM, EMC, Dell,. là một lợi thế
- Kinh nghiệm: ít nhất 1 năm
