**The Role**:

- The User Engagement Specialist (UES) is a member of our Project Delivery Team under the Vietnam Tuberculosis Analytic Platform (VTAP) project funded by the Global Fund (TGF). VTAP works i) to focus on leveraging the platform as a critical tool for guiding intensified TB case finding efforts by providing an integrated view of all TB case finding efforts across the country that combines data from all sub-recipients and other implementers. This dashboard will show National Tuberculosis Program (NTP) where cases and case-finding efforts are currently concentrated using geospatial maps and potential ‘missed’ communities, and also provide the NTP with the ability to drill down on results; and ii) to improve the NTP’s ability to monitor and report on program performance, including better measurement of continuum-of-care indicators.

With responsibilities ranging from client-relations to data analysis, and everything in between, you’ll have the opportunity to work with every team at Zenysis while building the skills to lead increasingly large parts of our long term user engagement operations and strategy in Vietnam.

The UES takes full responsibility for our clients' experience: s/he will collaborate closely with all users, high-level decision makers to explore potential impactful analyses, develop and deliver training, scope information products, collaborate with project managers and our engineering/product teams, and ensure that the platform is embedded in key user workflows. As a UES, you will lead the iteration of our user engagement strategies and constantly seek new and innovative ways to keep users engaged and achieve the desired project impact outcomes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Own and manage the analytical and data use capacity building processes within NTP in Vietnam and their partners.
- Lead and conduct user engagement activities such as dashboard development, data analytics, trainings, one-on-one desk sessions and in the development of training plans with the project team.
- Work closely with users on the ground to understand their needs with compassion, define technical requirements, and provide product support and trainings.
- Identify current and potential use cases to drive impact and usage and potential opportunities for the expansion of our deployments.
- Monitor and support NTP to implement strategies to improve quality of data collected.
- Support continuous and systematic analysis, visualization and the timely and accurate use of data to improve quality of TB activities to support NTP’s programmatic performance management.
- Gather user and stakeholder needs and feedback and communicate them proactively to our product and engineering teams and participate in coordination meetings with core and extended partners to identify synergies.
- Document and share instances of data use widely to promote use of data for decision making.
- Identify the levers for impact, new training strategies, hypotheses and iterations as it takes to drive them forward
- Actively monitor and report progress toward M&E goals, share and use monitoring data to facilitate learning and adaptive programming.
