MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence to reach target
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Define contact and account quality standards in the database, defining processes and data acquisition strategies
- Be responsible for Reservation & Marketing activities; monitor the quality of marketing and sales information and define data improvement programs
- Maintain sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees. As well as counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Co-ordinate & communication with other related operation departments to implement targeted sales strategy

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism and Hospitality, or similar
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge and experience in the travel industry
- At least 2 years minimum experience
