**Nghiên cứu thị trường**: Tiến hành nghiên cứu thị trường, thu thập và phân tích thông tin để hiểu xu hướng của ngành và hành vi của người tiêu dùng.
**Sáng tạo nội dung**: Phát triển và tạo nội dung dạng ngắn cho các nền tảng truyền thông xã hội, đảm bảo nội dung đó phù hợp với tông màu và thông điệp của thương hiệu.
**Phỏng vấn và Phát triển Câu chuyện**: Thực hiện các cuộc phỏng vấn để rút ra những hiểu biết và thông tin có giá trị cho việc tạo nội dung.
**Sản xuất video**: Quay và chỉnh sửa video cho các chiến dịch và sáng kiến tiếp thị khác nhau.
III. YÊU CẦU
**Kinh nghiệm**: Tối thiểu 3 năm ở vị trí marketing, có nền tảng vững chắc về copywriting/PR
**Khả năng lãnh đạo**: Có kinh nghiệm đã được chứng minh trong việc lãnh đạo nhóm và quản lý dự án.
**Kỹ năng viết**: Kỹ năng viết xuất sắc với kinh nghiệm xây dựng và quản lý các kênh truyền thông xã hội (LinkedIn, Facebook, v.v.).
**Trình độ ngoại ngữ**: Sử dụng tốt tiếng Anh; thông thạo ngoại ngữ khác là một lợi thế.
Khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.
Kiến thức về SEO và các phương pháp hay nhất về tiếp thị nội dung.
Làm quen với hệ thống quản lý nội dung (CMS) và phần mềm chỉnh sửa video.
IV. QUYỀN LỢI
**Lương, thưởng**:
Lương thỏa thuận theo năng lực (Lương cứng + thưởng hiệu quả công việc)
Chế độ thưởng tháng lương thứ 13, chế BHXH-BHYT, 12 ngày phép 1 năm, du lịch trong và ngoài nước, và các chế độ khác theo quy định của pháp luật.
