**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: Thỏa thuận)
- Xây dựng chiến lược, kế hoạch bán hàng, chiến dịch khuyến mãi thúc đẩy doanh thu, nâng cao độ phủ thương hiệu trên các nền tảng thương mại điện tử nhằm đảm bảo mục tiêu doanh thu đặt ra
- Chịu trách nhiệm liên hệ làm việc, kết nối và thực hiện bán hàng qua các kênh thương mại Tiktok đưa ra phương án kinh doanh hiệu quả
- Phối hợp triển khai các chương trình bán hàng/ khuyến mại Marketing bằng cách cài đặt các chương trình quản lý hệ thống, bán hàng.... Đặc biệt, có khả năng điều phối/ setup các buổi livestream, sắp xếp lịch live, book mẫu,..... thúc đẩy doanh thu, tối ưu hóa chi phí.
- Theo dõi, cập nhật tình hình hoạt động vận hành của kênh thương mại: cụ thể các thông tin tồn kho, theo dõi đơn hàng, cập nhật sản phẩm... Theo sát tồn kho và cập nhật sản phẩm mới để có chiến lược phù hợp.
- Kiểm tra giám sát tình hình thực hiện kế hoạch doanh thu, báo cáo cho Quản lý kênh tình hình thực hiện.
- Phối hợp với các bộ phận liên quan thực hiện các chương trình phát triển kinh doanh, chăm sóc khách hàng kênh thương mại.
- Có khả năng Livestream là 1 lợi thế

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Kiến thức và kinh nghiệm làm việc Hiểu biết nền tảng e-commerce : Tiktok
- Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm trong ngành thời trang;
- Kinh nghiệm 01 năm liên quan đến e-commerce hoặc bán hàng online (Sàn điện tử);
- Có kiến thức về tiếp thị bán hàng, quảng cáo Facebook, quảng cáo google và hiểu và mô hình thương mại điện tử;
- Có kỹ năng làm việc đội nhóm
- Có tinh thần trách nhiệm, thái độ làm việc nghiêm túc, chuyên nghiệp.
