**Mô tả công việc**:
(Mức lương: 15 - 30 triệu VNĐ)
- Quản lý nhân viên, Mở rộng đội ngũ, các kênh online social, Thương mại điện tử.
- Giám sát giúp đỡ nhân viên sale đạt KPI, Quy Trình bán hàng, Chăm sóc khách hàng
- Triển khai các hoạt động tiếp thị, bán hàng, chăm sóc khách hàng các kênh online
- Triển khai các công việc khác có liên quan để đạt mục tiêu doanh thu
- Nghiên cứu nhu cầu, xu hướng khách hàng về các dòng sản phẩm, thúc đẩy khả năng tăng doanh thu của brand
- Lên ý tưởng, lập kế hoạch và triển khai thực hiện kế hoạch cùng với Team Media, Team digital MKT để chạy chiến dịch bán sản phẩm, sự kiện và quảng bá thương hiệu cho nhãn hàng.

**Hình thức làm việc**: Toàn thời gian

- Thu nhập:

- Kết cấu thu nhập : Lương cơ bản và % hoa hồng từ hoạt động bán hàng
- Lương cơ bản : Từ 9 đến 15 Triệu (tùy vào đánh giá năng lực)
- Tổng thu nhập : 15 đến 30 triệu hoặc hơn tuỳ thuộc vào kết quả công việc
