- Security Policy and Compliance:

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat analysis, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat landscape, and security technologies.
- Experience with XDR/EDR tools, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and forensic analysis tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
- Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
