DepartmentOperations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationVietnam - Ho Chi Minh CityThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Develop a deep understanding of e-commerce logistics operations & actively identifying operational issues
- Benchmark and understand critical success factors/ challenges of logistics offerings from ecommerce and logistics companies
- Propose recommendations to improve existing logistics options from demand-driven mindset (based on buyer expectations/ pain points) and best practice in logistics operation, which is backed up by data analytics/ modeling
- Facilitate fulfillment planning process with relevant teams to ensure all business events/ platform campaigns are well-planned and monitored, including but not limited to, timely alerts mechanism and contingency plan activation
- Assist in the planning and implementation of projects in Cross-function to ensure the projects are going in the right direction within the targeted timeline
- Review current operating processes and make recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce risk

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience with proven business impact
- Advanced Excel skills (Python, R, SQL is a plus)
- Great attention to detail, excellent data sense and communication with different stakeholders with experience in project management
- Able to draw up the project plans, dependencies, and communicate across the involved parties to align everyone across the scopes and timeline
- Able to structure the issue, define the problem statements and corresponding hypothesis/ analytical direction, before presenting to relevant stakeholders in a user-centric manner
- Lean/ Six Sigma or equivalently quantitative degree in supply chain management is preferred, but not required
- Good command of English to coordinate with stakeholders from across the regions
