**The role, as a part of SSC (Centre of Excellence),**
- Responsible for the claimback reconciliation and clearing. Improve the recording and matching of claimbacks.
- Maintain accounts receivable and revenue accounting records for regional corporate entities, including reconciliation of system interfaces, preparation of journal entries and supporting schedules, and analysis of revenue reasonableness.
- Handles the booking of retail transactions from the platforms (e.g., Lazada and Shopee)
- Receive, prepare, verify, and process sales orders and sales invoices.
- Review of project billing to ensure setup is consistent with contract terms and conditions
- Assist senior accountant with Master Files development and maintenance (i.e customers/ brand partners/ ecommerce platforms/claimback terms).
- Handling supporting documentation related to AR.
- Independently and effectively works with company operational staff and others to assure the proper and timely submission of invoices.
- Work collaboratively with the Platform POC to rectify platform accounting logic/ issues that have an impact on accounting operations.
- Maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators for the accounts receivable accounting function.
- Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Head of SSC.

**Who we look for—the ideal profile**
- A degree in accounting, auditing, and finance.
- NetSuite experience
- Experience in trading or retail business is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel spreadsheets and ale to handle large amounts of data.
- Familiarity with queries in Excel, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.
- Meticulous, organized and detail-oriented
- Hardworking and proactive.
- Effective communication and strong work ethic.
- Being good at English is a plus.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines, plan personal workloads, and delegate effectively.
