**Opportunity Description**: OCMT is seeking dynamic, motivated, and results-driven Franchise Brokers to join our team. As a Franchise Broker, you will play a crucial role in expanding our network by identifying and securing new franchisees. This is a commission-based role with an attractive compensation of $20,000 per successful franchise sign-up.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify potential franchisees through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and franchise expos.
- **Prospect Engagement**: Engage with prospective franchisees, providing them with detailed information about the OCMT franchise opportunity.
- **Qualification**: Assess the suitability of prospects through initial discussions and background checks to ensure they meet the franchise criteria.
- **Presentation**: Deliver compelling presentations to potential franchisees, highlighting the benefits and support provided by OCMT.
- **Negotiation**: Facilitate negotiations between OCMT and potential franchisees, addressing any concerns and ensuring a smooth process.
- **Documentation**: Assist in the preparation and submission of all required documents and agreements for franchise approval.
- **Relationship Management**: Maintain ongoing relationships with prospects throughout the decision-making process to ensure a positive experience.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strategies for franchise growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or franchise brokerage.
- Strong understanding of the franchise industry and business operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the education sector is a plus.
