**Giới thiệu**:
Nội dung công việc
- Tham gia phát triển các dự án VR/AR/MR cho sản phẩm nội bộ và khách hàng
- Xây dựng và tối ưu ứng dụng trên thiết bị VR/AR chuyên dụng (Meta Quest, HTC Vive, HoloLens, Apple Vision Pro)
- Hỗ trợ và phát triển ứng dụng với Unity, Unreal Engine và AI
- Lập trình, tối ưu hóa hiệu suất trên các thiết bị VR/AR (tracking, rendering, interaction và UI/UX)
- Tham gia detail design và basic design cho các tính năng/module
- Viết và cập nhật tài liệu kỹ thuật
- Phân tích yêu cầu business, đề xuất giải pháp kỹ thuật phù hợp
- Cộng tác với đội ngũ để đảm bảo chất lượng sản phẩm vượt trội
- Mentoring và hướng dẫn các thành viên junior
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của Trưởng bộ phận Kỹ năng Chuyên môn

**Yêu cầu bắt buộc**:

- Tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển Unity và các ứng dụng AR/VR
- Nắm vững OOP, cấu trúc dữ liệu, giải thuật và thiết kế kiến trúc phần mềm
- Thành thạo C#, C++, C và Unity Engine
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng trên các nền tảng AR/VR như Meta Quest, HTC Vive, HoloLens, Apple Vision Pro
- Kỹ năng phân tích và giải quyết vấn đề tốt
- Khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm

**Ưu tiên**:

- Uu tiên giao tiếp tiếng Anh hoặc tiếng Nhật
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm quản lý nhóm
- Có kiến thức về 3D modeling và các game engine khác như Unreal Engine
- Có kinh nghiệm phát triển ứng dụng AR/VR trên nền tảng web
- Đã làm việc trong môi trường offshore/outsourcing quốc tế
- Có khả năng nghiên cứu và học tập và áp dụng công nghệ AI Phúc lợi dành cho bạn
- Mức lương: Up to 2,000 USD (Gross)
- Lương tháng 13, thưởng dự án và review lương định kỳ hàng năm
- Hỗ trợ chi phí học thi và phụ cấp cho bằng cấp quốc tế như Unity/AWS,...
- Thời gian làm việc linh hoạt: Thứ 2 - Thứ 6 (08:00 17:15, nghỉ trưa 11:45 13:00)
