- Hỗ trợ các công việc liên quan tới hợp đồng, giấy tờ, chứng từ, trao đổi với đối tác;
- Phụ trách chính và là đầu mối liên hệ cho các công việc Admin của team;
- Tham gia đóng góp ý kiến để tối ưu quy trình làm việc của team.

**Yêu cầu**:

- 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan đến công tác hành chính;
- Thành thạo các kỹ năng: Nghe, Nói, Đọc, Viết bằng tiếng Trung (tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành tiếng Trung hoặc đạt chứng chỉ HSK level 4 trở lên);
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh cơ bản, khả năng Đọc & Viết tốt;
- Cẩn thận, kiên nhẫn, linh hoạt trong giải quyết tình huống;
- Có khả năng làm việc nhóm tốt;
- Có kỹ năng Tin học văn phòng cơ bản.
