Giới thiệu thực đơn, giải thích các món ăn và thực đơn đặc biệt trong ngày.
- Present menus and explanations for all menu items as well as specials of the day._
Giới thiệu thực đơn cho trẻ em và nhiều thực đơn khác nhau khi cần thiết.
- Present children's menus, when appropriate, and describe specials and Alternative Cuisine._
Sử dụng "Captain's Pad" chính xác và dễ dàng cho việc giao tiếp.
- Utilize a "Captain's Pad" correctly and for the sake of communication._
Phục vụ nước, bánh mì và bơ trong suốt bữa ăn cho khách.
- Provide water, bread and butter service throughout the meal to guests_
Giải thích thành phần món ăn và quy trình nấu khi phục vụ cho thực khách.
- Serve a dish to guests while explaining the contents and preparation_
Thành thạo các kiểu trang trí phù hợp trong phục vụ thức uống.
- Be familiar with the beverage service including stemware used and appropriates garnishes_
Phục vụ cà phê hoặc trà và các yêu cầu khác theo tiêu chuẩn của Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City.
- Offer coffee or tea and serve any requested according to Sedona Suites Ho Chi Minh City standards_
Phục vụ và thu dọn thức ăn thức uống kín đáo và chuyên nghiệp.
- Serve and clear food and beverage items in an unobtrusive and professional manner_
Sử dụng khay đúng cách và an toàn khi dọn đồ.
- Carry trays properly and safely as well as breaks them down_
Dùng khay, bày biện lại bàn ăn cùng với khăn trải bàn, bộ đồ ăn, ly và các dụng cụ liên quan.
- Carry trays, bussing and reset tables with linen, china, glass and etc._
Dọn sạch khu vực phục vụ khi cần thiết.
- Clean service area when needed_
Di chuyển bàn và ghế.
- Move tables and chairs._
Dọn bàn và bày biện lại bàn ăn theo số lượng khách.
- Clear tables and reset them for specific number of persons_
Phục vụ các nhu cầu dùng phòng ăn riêng hoặc phòng ăn với mục đích khác.
- Serve all needs for private dining room or private function._
Kỹ năng cung cấp dịch vụ kín đáo và chuyên nghiệp.
- Provide unobtrusive and professional service._
Thay và cất giữ các loại khăn dùng, bộ đồ ăn, dụng cụ bằng inox, ly, thức ăn thức uống.
- Retrieve and stock all linen, china, silver, glassware and food and beverage items._
Dọn dẹp và sắp xếp đồ dùng gọn gàng ở khu vực được phân công làm việc.
- Breakdown any buffets, displays or side stations when needed._
Thay gạt tàn thuốc, phục vụ thuốc lá, dọn bàn và cung cấp thêm đồ uống và xì gà.
- Change ashtrays; serve cigarettes, crumb tables and offer additional beverages and cigars._
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Quét/hút bụi sàn nhà trước khi vào ca làm việc nếu cần.
- Sweep/vacuum the floor before a shift if needed._
Hoàn thành công việc được giao theo ca và bày biện bàn ăn theo tiêu chuẩn.
- Complete opening and closing side work as assigned and has all tables set according to standard_
Xử lý kịp thời khi xảy ra các trường hợp khẩn cấp.
- Respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation._
Xử lý tình huống khi khách bỏ đi.
- Handle a guest walks out._
Hỗ trợ nhanh chóng và chu đáo khi có rủi ro trong nhà hàng.
- Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the restaurant._
Linh hoạt trong việc hỗ trợ những khu vực xung quanh khách sạn để đáp ứng nhu cầu về công việc và yêu cầu của khách hàng.
- Be flexible in assisting around different areas of the hotel in response to business and client needs._

- Recognize and address potential disruptive or undesirable guests._

Báo cáo nhanh công việc (5 phút) trước khi vào ca, vệ sinh sạch sẽ, tác phong gọn gàng và mặc đúng đồng phục.
- Report for duty 5 minutes before the scheduled time, clean and tidy and wearing the correct uniform._

Sử dụng hệ thống POS của khách sạn để bán hàng, in hóa đơn tính tiền, đóng hóa đơn.
- Utilize the hotel's POS system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings_
