Operation Manager

The Operations Lead will manage staff and day-to-day activities of the online learning courses, making sure the SOPs are implemented. As a data-driven company, we expect the person in this role to be analytical and give logical feedback to improve overall operations.
- Liaise with management, understand and implement standard operations for our online courses
- Determine staff requirements, and interview, hire and train new employees
- Monitor and report KPIs, especially attendance and retention/renewals
- Collect and analyze data (quantitative and qualitative), to identify weaknesses and strengths, and develop initiatives to improve
- Establish Manabie as the preferred online learning provider to help improve learner’s scores
- Please make sure students have an effective learning experience and that they are satisfied
- Manage scheduling and adherence of staff to defined schedules
- Manage facilities and logistics
