This role is to/ Vị trí này mục đích để:

- Ensure complaints from customer are resolved quickly, fairly, in a professional and effective manner

Đảm bảo các khiếu nại của khách hàng được giải quyết nhanh chóng, công bằng, chuyên nghiệp và hiệu quả
- Finding out root cause of the problems and coordinate with various business partners to arrange solutions

Tìm ra nguyên nhân gốc rễ của các vấn đề và phối hợp với các đối tác kinh doanh khác nhau để sắp xếp các giải pháp
- Work collaboratively with other departments on service resolution initiatives to eliminates obstacles and minimize its recurrence

Phối hợp làm việc với các bộ phận khác về các sáng kiến giải quyết dịch vụ để loại bỏ các trở ngại và giảm thiểu sự tái diễn

Job Responsibilities
_/ Phạm vi công việc_- Ensure all complaints received are fully addressed and recorded in Complaint Management System:
Đảm bảo tất cả các khiếu nại nhận được đều được giải quyết đầy đủ và được ghi lại trong Hệ thống Quản lý Khiếu nại-
- Obtain necessary information /updates from other departments for the resolution of the complaint. Ensure complaint handling are in accordance to the existing regulations and guidelines (SOP, Regulations and Laws)

Nhận thông tin / cập nhật cần thiết từ các bộ phận khác để giải quyết khiếu nại. Đảm bảo việc xử lý khiếu nại tuân theo các quy định và hướng dẫn hiện hành (SOP, Quy định và Luật)- Handle significant complaints effectively to prevent any potential financial, media or any other business crisis for PVA. Ensure an official reply is provided to the complainant and policyholder on company's decision and findings within committed timeline

Xử lý các khiếu nại đáng kể một cách hiệu quả để ngăn chặn bất kỳ cuộc khủng hoảng tài chính, phương tiện truyền thông hoặc bất kỳ cuộc khủng hoảng kinh doanh nào khác đối với PVA. Đảm bảo trả lời chính thức cho người khiếu nại và bên mua bảo hiểm về quyết định và phát hiện của công ty trong thời hạn đã cam kết.- Gather information & data statistics on complaints including root cause analysis as well as recommended solutions for Management’s review and evaluation

Thu thập thông tin & thống kê dữ liệu về các khiếu nại bao gồm phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ cũng như các giải pháp được đề xuất để Ban Giám đốc xem xét và đánh giá.- Take initiative steps to address issues that is affecting the daily operational processes that needs corrective/improving actions

Thực hiện các bước chủ động để giải quyết các vấn đề đang ảnh hưởng đến quá trình hoạt động hàng ngày cần các hành động khắc phục / cải tiến- Provide reports and data analyzing for the assigned team Undertake and complete other assignments as determined by the direct report or department head (if any)

Cung cấp báo cáo và phân tích dữ liệu cho nhóm được giao Đảm nhận và hoàn thành các công việc khác theo quyết định của báo cáo trực tiếp hoặc trưởng bộ phận (nếu có)

Job Requirements / Yêu cầu:
- College graduated or above/ Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng trở lên- Advantage: graduated in major of Economic, Business Administration, Finance/ Tốt nghiệp chuyên ngành Kinh tế, Quản trị kinh doanh, Tài chính là lợi thế- Over 02 years’ experience in customer services or complaint handling / Hơn 02 năm kinh nghiệm trong dịch vụ khách hàng hoặc xử lý khiếu nại- Good understanding and experience in handling customer's queries/complaint face to face or over the phone/ Hiểu biết tốt và có kinh nghiệm trong việc xử lý các thắc mắc / khiếu nại của khách hàng trực tiếp hoặc qua điện thoại- Excellent customer services skills / Kỹ năng dịch vụ khách hàng xuất sắc- Good written & verbal communication & negotiation skill/ Kỹ năng đàm phán và giao tiếp bằng văn bản & bằng lời nói tốt- Able to work independently and under pressure, adaptable, carefully and tactfully/ Có khả năng làm việc độc lập và chịu áp lực, thích ứng tốt, cẩn thận và khéo léo- Time manag
