- Lên ý tưởng thiết kế theo yêu cầu của khách hàng, phòng kinh doanh.
- Quản lý các việc liên quan đến công việc nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm
- Duy trì công việc trong, ngoài công ty, trong bộ phận và giữa các bộ phận
- Nắm bắt được năng lực, kinh nghiệm, chuyên môn của bộ phận R&D để bố trí công việc phát triển cho người phù hợp, chia trách nhiệm và quyền hạn rõ ràng cho người đảm nhiệm.
- Vận hành, quản lý trực tiếp công việc thiết kế của các bộ phận liên quan, thực hiện công việc đã được ủy quyền từ trưởng ban nghiên cứu.
- Kiểm tra, thẩm tra kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm và tài liệu thiết kế sản phẩm, thiết lập kế hoạch phát triển model
- Hỗ trợ công việc MT - mass trial (sản xuất thử mẫu)
- Làm kế hoạch thử nghiệm sản phẩm phát triển mới, tiến hành kiểm tra, chứng nhận và thử nghiệm các tài liệu thiết kế và bảo lưu lại các nội dung đó

**Yêu cầu công việc**:

- Hiểu, nắm rõ những quy trình phát triển sản phẩm
- Xử lý tình huống nhanh nhạy, có kỹ năng quản lý
- Có hiểu biết về quy trình đúc nhựa
- Ưu tiên ứng viên đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong công ty sản xuất, biết về tiêu chuẩn IATF16949
- Kỹ năng giao tiếp tốt, chịu được áp lực công việc.
