- Be responsible for compliance and product registration (medical device, health supplement, cosmetic and medicine). A&P registration and make price disclosure.
- Maintain and track the registration status of all marketed products.
- Maintain data in information systems or databases, coordinate regulatory documentation activities, regulatory documentation database on the server.
- Research, translate the documents for registration dossier.
- Review and update information regarding documents for submission as requires for regulatory compliance liaise with competent authorities.
- Provide and support documents for marketing purpose.
- Provide technical review of data or reports
- Study clinical & legal document & relevant regulations to assist job.
- Other tasks are assigned by Line manager.

- 3rd/ 4th year student or new graduate students in majors of Pharmacist, Biology, Chemistry
- Good skill for MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Ability to read/ translate in specialized English is a must
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Organized, meticulous, responsible and proactive in work, independent worker who is able to multi-task
- Able to handle administrative duties with good document organization skills
