Job description

**About the job**:
90% team management tasks and 10% technical tasks (coding, code review, etc.)
Determine project requirements and develop work schedules for the development team.
Delegate tasks to team members and conduct code review to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaise with team members, managers and clients to ensure projects are up to standards.
Identify risks and form contingency plans as soon as possible.
Analyze existing operations and schedule training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
Motivate staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
Write progress reports and deliver presentations to the relevant stakeholders.

**About you**:
Academic degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related technical fields.
Experienced.NET or Java Developer (3-6 years of experience) who now wish to involve in team management.
Experience leading a development team of 3+ members.
Knowledge of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
Strong communication skills to coordinate between diverse stakeholders and the development team.
Experience in Finance / Banking domains is an added advantage.
Passion in software development and great motivation to improve your management and problem-solving skills.
