**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Supporting Office Management:

- Office supply: medicines, stationary, snacks, drinks,
- Offices maintenance (communicate with full-serviced working space/owner vendor)
- Relation with GOV departments: local authorities, German Consulate, VFS (visa vendor)
- Coordinating in HR procedures: support onboarding & offboarding process
- Supporting marketing activities: events, clubs, company activities
- Supporting business travelling of foreign colleagues to Vietnam (HCM/ Danang office); and domestic business trip of local members
- Supporting daily payment procedure, keep record and report to finance team in Danang office.

**Working hours**: 40 hours/ week, flexible time*

***Working location**: Lao Dong News building, 198 Nguyen Thi Minh Khai, Ward 6, District 3, HCMC**

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good verbal and written communication in **English** is required
- **1+ years** of professional experience in office administration, or a related field.
- Good organization and communication skills. Ability to multitask.
- Honest and careful, enthusiastic and friendly at work
- Experience in organizing events is an advantage
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
