1. Hỗ trợ người phụ trách phòng thực hiện các công việc quản lý điều hành có liên quan;
2. Thu thập, đối chiếu và phân tích dữ liệu hoạt động và thị trường;
3. Hỗ trợ bộ phận marketing lập kế hoạch công việc liên quan và quản lý tiến độ;
4. Sử dụng thành thạo các phần mềm Office, đặc biệt là Excel, PPT, v.v.;
5. Tổ chức và ghi biên bản cuộc họp;
6. Hỗ trợ các hoạt động ngoại tuyến và triển lãm ở nhiều nơi

7. Các công việc khác cần hoàn thành hỗ trợ người phụ trách bộ phận;
1. Support team in charge of the department in performing relevant management and administration tasks;
2. Collect, collate and analyze operational and market data;
3. Support marketing department to plan related work and manage progress;
4. Fluently use Office software, especially Excel, PPT, etc.;
5. Organize and record meeting minutes;
6. Support offline activities and exhibitions in many places

7. Other tasks that need to be completed to support the person in charge of the department;
**Requirement**:
1. Thông thạo tiếng Trung và tiếng Anh, có thể độc lập hoàn thành công việc phiên dịch tiếng Trung-Việt/Anh-Việt;
2. Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các ngành liên quan đến tài chính.

3. Có khả năng giao tiếp, phân tích tổng hợp, khả năng làm việc độc lập và theo nhóm.

4. Tinh thần ham học hỏi, nhiệt tình

1. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to independently complete Chinese-Vietnamese/English-Vietnamese translation work;
2. Prior experience working in finance-related industries is preferred.

3. Ability to communicate, analyze synthesis, ability to work independently and in groups.
