**MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC**:

- Xác định, thiết lập và phát triển danh sách KOLs.
- Lập chiến lược và thực hiện kế hoạch tương tác với KOLs đạt mục tiêu kinh doanh.
- Xây dựng mối quan hệ lâu dài và duy trì liên lạc thường xuyên với KOLs.
- Quản lý chất lượng và hiệu suất công việc của KOLs.
- Luôn cập nhật xu hướng công nghệ, mạng xã hội và thị trường Influencer Marketing.
- Phiên dịch nội dung demo, nắm bắt được yêu cầu của brand đề yêu cầu KOLs phối hợp chỉnh sửa.
- Các công việc chuyên môn khác theo yêu cầu công việc.

**Job Requirement**
- Kiến thức: Influencer Marketing, Social Commerce, Affiliate Market.
- Kinh nghiệm ít nhất 01 năm làm ở vị trí tương đương cùng lĩnh vực hoặc có mối quan hệ trong lĩnh vực nghệ thuật, giải trí.
- Kỹ năng: thương lượng và đàm phán với KOL, khả năng lên kế hoạch quản lý, phân tích xu hướng thị trường.
- Ngoại ngữ: Giao tiếp tốt Tiếng Anh hoặc Tiếng Trung.
- Thái độ: chủ động, chuyên nghiệp, nhiệt tình.
- Tính cách: trách nhiệm cao, thân thiện, chăm chỉ, có khả năng làm việc dưới áp lực cao, làm việc độc lập và làm việc theo nhóm.
