Brand Planner

**1. Mô tả công việc**
- Nghiên cứu thị trường, hành vi khách hàng, thương hiệu và đối thủ để xây dựng chiến lược và mục tiêu của Brand.
- Chịu trách nhiệm chính trong việc xây dựng chiến lược và kế hoạch cho các chiến dịch Marketing (product launching, brand awareness, sales promotion,...).
- Dẫn dắt và teamwork với Brand team để thực thi các chiến dịch & hoạt động Marketing, phát triển Big Idea, Insight, Tagline, Creative Direction & Communication Plan.
- Phối hợp chặt chẽ với team Performance để tối ưu hiệu quả của các chiến dịch, theo dõi và báo cáo liên tục về Brand Performance và Sales.
- Phối hợp cùng team R&D để đóng góp trực tiếp vào quá trình nghiên cứu và phát triển sản phẩm mới.
- Tiếp thu ý kiến và phối hợp cùng team Customer Service & Sales để tiếp nhận phản hồi, insights của khách hàng để liên tục cải thiện và đưa ra giải pháp phù hợp - Làm việc với các đối tác bên thứ 3 (agency, production house,...) để mang lại hiệu quả cao nhất.
- Không ngừng học hỏi, tràu dồi kiến thức và kinh nghiệm để có thể phát triển lên vị trí Brand Manager.
- Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của Ban giám đốc.
**2. Yêu cầu**
- Đam mê đặc biệt với Brand Building.
- Strong creative mindset, có kinh nghiệm làm copywriter.
- Chủ động và có trách nhiệm cao trong công việc.
- Có khả năng chịu được áp lực công việc cao.
- Khả năng Leadership và Teamwork tốt.
