1. Responsible for the implementation of Vietnam's overall after-sales service planning, including hotline, maintenance, spare parts center, and e-commerce return and replacement business, responsible for the overall business promotion and Vietnamese customer satisfaction;
2. Establish Vietnam's after-sales service system, improve and optimize the daily management and process system of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh and Da Nang service centers in Vietnam.

3. Responsible for the daily management, recruitment, and performance evaluation of local personnel in Vietnam to ensure the stable operation of the service center;
4. Visit core customers regularly, sort out the needs and suggestions of customers, and upgrade to the headquarters in time for unsolvable problems;
5. Weekly/monthly report to the national person in charge and headquarters personnel the local service level and key matters in Vietnam, including hotline connection rate, maintenance timeliness, customer satisfaction, single maintenance cost and other indicators;
**Job Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above, good English or Chinese communication skills;
2. Have customer service awareness and quality awareness, good communication skills and problem analysis skills;
3. More than 3 years of customer service experience (call center and maintenance center management experience is preferred).
