Korean Sales Manager

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and implement sales initiatives to drive growth in the assigned Electronics/ automotive segment.
- Analyze market/competition activities and industry requirements to sustain long-term growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the accounts.
- Negotiate and close deals with customers.
- Work closely with functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management on key account performance and growth potential.
- Identify new business opportunities and build up plans to capitalize on them
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
- Participate in tech-day and customers’ seminars to promote our solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Chemistry, Engineering, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Min 5 years of working experience in industrial B2B Sales/Business development, familiar with Electronics or automotive segment.
- Fluent Korean Language and English/Vietnamese communication
- Leadership skills
- Communication and Influencing skills
- Resulted oriented.
- Self-motivated
