**What are you expected to do?**
- Develop efficient, scalable, and maintainable software solutions within specified timeframes and technical constraints.
- Conduct code reviews, focusing on best practices and team standards.
- Break down user stories with an emphasis on simplicity and fast feedback loops.
- Lead architecture and design discussions as needed to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Implement logging and monitoring solutions to support system reliability.
- Stay updated on technology trends and contribute to keeping the company at the forefront of innovation.
- Identify and resolve performance issues in a timely manner.
- Prioritize security and customer privacy throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Foster open communication and collaboration within the engineering team to address challenges effectively.

**You’ll be a great fit if**:

- You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- You must demonstrate proficiency in Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, and CSS.
- You need to possess a strong working knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Triggers, Batch Jobs, Visualforce, and Lightning.
- You should be familiar with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and Sales/Service Cloud.
- You have experience with SOAP/REST API development.
- You must approach problem-solving with an analytical mindset and a creative approach.
- You should maintain a customer-centric mindset, focusing on software delivery excellence.
- Your ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and share knowledge with peers is essential.
- You are adaptable and willing to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic work environmen.

The whole process takes around 4 weeks:

- There will be 3-4 interviews and a possible assessment from our client partner. You will undergo an initial interview, a culture interview, and 1-2 interviews with our cool client. This will run for about 1-2 weeks but we will let you know if we need to ramp it up. Be yourself and have fun.
- If all goes well, we complete the reference check and provide other necessary requirements so we can offer you the job right away.
